Arkadiusz DobrowolskiGreat educator from Katowice Music Academy and Moniuszko’s ZSM in Lodz. He’s conducting numerous masterclasses for cello players all over the country. His students are very successful in many national and international competitions. 


He finished National Music School in Gdansk in the class of professor Jadwiga Ewald (diploma with honors) and also Lodz Music Academy in the class of professor Andrzej Orkisz. Later he studied in Hannover’s “Hochschule fur Musik und Theater” under professor Gerrit Zitterbarta. 

In 2016 he became a professor at the Bacewicz Music Academy in Lodz. 


As a soloist, he collaborated with Baltic Philharmonic Orchestra in Gdansk, Silesia Chamber Orchestra, Radom Chamber Orchestra, Szczecin Philharmonic, and Tiroler Sinfonieorchester in Innsbruck. 

– He recorded cello parts for Polish Radio, TVP, TVN, and foreign tv stations such as FOX 8. 

Has performed on the scenes of most of the countries in Europe, also in Asia, the USA, and Africa. 

prizes and awards: 

– I prize Grand Prix and award for the best performance of Pierre Lantiera music in the Pierre Lantier International Chamber Music Competition, 

– I prize in Johannes Brahms II International Chamber Music Competition, 

– III prize on Johannes Brahms VII International Competition in Portschach, 

– III prize and Audience prize at G.B. Viotti International Chamber Music Competition in Vercelli (Italy).
